Where we ship

We ship Repelix worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouses (Lithuania, Germany) and US warehouses (California, New Jersey), depending on your delivery address.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: 5.00 EUR (or equivalent in your local currency) for orders under 89.99 EUR.
  • Free shipping: on every order of 89.99 EUR or more - which includes every 6-Pack.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 (UTC+2) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Lithuania and Baltics: 1 to 3 business days
  • Western Europe (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, ES, IT, PT, IE, etc.): 3 to 6 business days
  • Northern Europe (DK, SE, NO, FI): 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4 to 8 business days
  • United States and Canada: 4 to 8 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and remote addresses can extend delivery times.

Carriers

We ship via national postal carriers and tracked courier services depending on your destination - typically DPD, GLS, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, or local equivalents. Every order is dispatched with tracking; you will receive the tracking link by email.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and are not subject to additional customs fees.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping cost. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order minus the original outbound shipping cost.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We dispatch to the address you provide and cannot change it once the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at our cost.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, and any safe drop-off locations.
  2. Wait 48 hours - carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered slightly early.
  3. If the parcel still has not arrived, email support@repelix.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, ship you a free replacement.

Delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, contact us at support@repelix.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and, if needed, dispatch a replacement.
