Our 90-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with Repelix. Every order is backed by a 90-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If the device has not solved your rodent problem within 90 days of delivery, we will refund your order in full - even if you have used the devices the whole time.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@repelix.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number (it starts with "#" and appears in your confirmation email).
  • A brief note about what did or did not work for you - this helps us improve, but is not required.

We will reply within one business day with instructions. In most cases, you do not need to return the device - we will simply refund your order.

What we refund

  • Product cost: 100% refunded.
  • Original shipping fees: refunded.
  • Return shipping: if we ask you to return the device, return shipping is free within the US and EU; we will send you a prepaid label. For other countries, we cover return shipping up to the cost of the original outbound shipping.

How long it takes

Once we approve your refund request, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the first 12 months, contact us at support@repelix.com with a photo of the device and packaging. We will ship you a free replacement at no cost - no return required.

Wrong item received

If we sent you the wrong product or bundle, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will ship the correct item at no cost. You may keep, donate, or return the incorrect item at your option.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your order for a different bundle size (for example, swap a 2-Pack for a 4-Pack), email us within 30 days of delivery. We will calculate the price difference, charge or refund accordingly, and ship the new bundle.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at support@repelix.com and we will cancel it at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched (typically within 24 hours of being placed), it cannot be cancelled - but the 90-day guarantee still applies.

EU statutory right of withdrawal

In addition to our 90-day guarantee, EU consumers have a statutory right under the Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement at support@repelix.com. Our 90-day guarantee is broader and more generous than the statutory right, but you may choose to use either.
