These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Repelix. By accessing or using this site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices on this site are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order at no charge.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) or your local currency where supported. Prices include applicable VAT for orders shipped within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes for which you are responsible.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the prices and quantities you have selected. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, we may decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions in your country.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your card or payment method is charged immediately upon order confirmation. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full payment card details.

8. Warranty and product use

Repelix Rodent Shield is designed to repel rats, mice, and certain other pests through ultrasonic frequencies. We warrant that the device will be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or use outside of normal household conditions.

Repelix is intended as a non-lethal pest deterrent and is most effective when used alongside good sanitation practices. Severe pre-existing infestations may benefit from combining Repelix with professional pest control. Repelix should not be used in the same room as pet rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, rats), as it will affect them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, or business interruption. This limitation does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under EU or other applicable consumer protection law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, images, logos, product photography, and the "Repelix" name and branding - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. User conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or database; (c) introduce viruses or other malicious code; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the site; or (e) use any automated system (bot, scraper) to access the site without our written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the site, products, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the competent courts of Kaunas, Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
